Kelly Ford- Registered Nurse

Having worked in a number of customer service based roles I began my nursing journey in 2004. Working in the community and hospital settings, medical surgical and emergency, I developed knowledge and experience of looking after patients with many different conditions, and from a diverse range of ages and backgrounds. Leading district nursing teams gave me a real insight as to what really matters to people- their ideals often do not match the expectations of healthcare professionals, which is why I am so passionate about providing individualised tailored support.

Working as a disability assessor enabled me to fully understand the processes, but also opened my eyes as to how a service intended to help vulnerable people in fact intimidated and failed the people it was meant to protect.

I found myself working alongside colleagues in the private sector who were privileged in having the time and expertise to fully support clients across all disciplines and covering a wide range of conditions- physical, mental health and neurodevelopmental. Collaborating to improve services and making treatments available for all, supporting charities set up to support local communities in Hampshire and Berkshire.

I am thrilled to have helped over 1000 families across England, Wales and Scotland, and consider myself very fortunate to remain in contact with many who return time and time again for ongoing support and guidance as their family and lives transition with the passage of time and new challenges that are encountered.

Admin support- Darren Ford

Darren is my long-suffering husband who is especially gifted in all things technical and helps keep me organised. He supports with scheduling, billing, and process queries, as well as ensuring the systems run smoothly.
